Launched by the Provincial Government of Cavite through the Office of the Provincial Tourism Officer and MPT South the team behind the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) and Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX)—the program is designed to make travel in Cavite more engaging. With expressways connecting the province to Metro Manila and Laguna, Cavite has never been more accessible.
What’s New in the 2025 Cavite Tourism Passport?
This year’s edition, created in partnership with DOT CALABARZON and the DILG, introduces a point-based system that gamifies travel. Instead of just collecting stamps, participants now earn points at every accredited stop.
There are over 100 DOT-accredited establishments to explore, divided into four categories:
Staycation
Adventure
Food
Heritage
To qualify for exclusive rewards, travelers must complete all four categories and reach at least 700 points between August 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026.
As a bonus, attending local festivals also adds extra points—making it an even better reason to experience Cavite’s culture firsthand. From enjoying a bowl of pancit pusit, to exploring Maragondon’s nature escapes, or timing a trip with a fiesta, the passport makes every journey more rewarding.
