Vinfast Launches Early Booking Program for Battery-Swapping E-Motorcycles in The Philippines

VinFast
VinFast has officially launched its Early Booking Program in the Philippines for three new electric motorcycles: the VinFast Evo, VinFast Feliz II, and VinFast Viper. The move comes less than a month after the same lineup was introduced in Indonesia and further expands the company's electric mobility ecosystem in Southeast Asia.

From June 10 to July 18, 2026 customers can reserve any of the three models through VinFast dealerships nationwide or the official website with a non-refundable booking fee of ₱3,000. Early buyers will also receive incentives worth ₱5,600. Deliveries are expected to begin in July 2026.

The VinFast Evo is priced at ₱70,000 with battery subscription, ₱82,700 with one battery, and ₱95,400 with two batteries. The Feliz II starts at ₱72,400 with battery subscription, ₱85,100 with one battery, and ₱97,800 with two batteries. Meanwhile, the Viper is priced at ₱81,900 with battery subscription, ₱94,600 with one battery, and ₱107,300 with two batteries.

All three models are powered by a 5,200W BLDC in-wheel motor. The Viper and Feliz II can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h, while the Evo has a top speed of up to 80 km/h. Each motorcycle features dual battery compartments that can accommodate up to two 1.5 kWh LFP batteries, providing a range of up to 150 km under standard conditions.

The Viper is aimed at riders looking for a sportier design and more advanced features, including a Smart Key system with vehicle tracking, TFT display, projector headlights, and dual rear shock absorbers. The Evo and Feliz II focus on practical daily commuting with affordable operating costs and urban-friendly performance.

VinFast says the motorcycles are built to global quality standards, featuring high-strength steel frames, IP67-rated motors and controllers for water and dust resistance, and batteries that comply with the European ECE-R136 safety standard. The batteries are backed by a warranty of up to six years or 72,000 km.

Customers can subscribe to batteries for ₱439 per battery per month, while battery-swapping services cost ₱35 per swap. Batteries can also be charged at home. To support the rollout, VinFast is working with V-Green to deploy battery-swapping stations across the Philippines.

The Philippines is one of VinFast's key international markets for electric two-wheelers, alongside Indonesia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia. In addition to e-motorcycles, the company continues to expand its green mobility ecosystem with electric cars, e-bikes, and e-buses across the region.
